In formulating the breathing air solution to be provided for this solicitation, the vendor shall consider the best system for the mission critical function of the equipment available, to achieve the most effective solution at the least cost. 5.3 Breathing Air Compressor System The Breathing Air Compressor System to be provided under this solicitation shall be a Bauer Legacy 2/13 E1 / E3 with the following features / requirements: - 13 SCFM charging rate with 6,000 PSI maximum pressure - Four-stage, air cooled compressor - 10 horsepower electric motor - E1 - Single phase electric, 230 VAC/60 Hz - PLC based controller with emergency stop push button, on/off switch, final pressure, oil pressure and high-temperature shutdown, and motor overload indication - Zero loss automatic condensate drain system - Locally mounted interstage pressure gauges - P2 B-Securus purification system with 67,000 cubic feet of processing capability - Dimensions shall allow installation through a 36” standard sized door
