Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Spartanburg School District Two intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Corwin a division of SAGE Publications for the purchase of Visible Learning Certification Training and related professional learning services. Corwin is the exclusive provider of the Visible Learning framework, which is based on the research and intellectual property of Dr. John Hattie, the creator and author of Visible Learning. This proprietary training includes: Face-to-face workshops, Evidence-gathering tools, Coaching and implementation support, and Evaluation services. Visible Learning refers specifically to a research-based educational system change model, and Corwin holds the exclusive rights to deliver certification and associated professional development aligned with this framework. This is for three schools. This is for Cohort 1 to go through year 2 of the Visible Learning Schools award process and Cohort 2 to go through year 3 of the Visible Learning Schools award process. This purchase will be made as a sole source unless legitimate vendor(s) are able to provide evidence that competition is available by by 3:00 PM on October 6, 2025.
