Integrate multiple schools and programs with a common portal of entry into the university for student admissions. System of record platform for prospective student information sharing with TTUHSC’s admissions teams. Integration with prospective student portfolio for seamless application processing from recruitment to enrollment. Migration of applications currently supported through exiting repositories into a single TTUHSC instance and warehouse. 4. Reporting and Analytics. Provide enhanced analytics for admissions teams during recruitment and admissions cycles. Consistency in data collection and analysis of applicants and enrollment metrics. Integration of multiple systems for a seamless transfer of data for consistent reporting. 5. Process Efficiency. Reduction in information duplication required of students applying to multiple programs and through multiple national centralized application systems (CAS). Automation for the processing of common application components (i.e., transcripts).
