The selected vendor will be responsible for the full implementation and ongoing support of a new cloud-based VoIP system, including but not limited to: 1.1 System and User Requirements ● User Plan: We are most interested in solutions that do not have a per-user licensing model. The proposed system must allow for the addition and removal of users with flexibility. ● Direct Dial Lines (DIDs): The system must provide and support a total of 17 direct dial lines upon initial implementation. Please note that we will require two additional DIDs for a new campus coming online in August 2027. ● Call Paths/Simultaneous Calls: The system must be capable of handling a minimum of 48 simultaneous inbound/outbound calls. ● Call Volume: An average of 2,500 minutes per direct dial line per month should be sufficient. ● Number Porting: The vendor must be able to port our existing phone numbers to the new system with no interruption in service. 1.2 Key Features and Functionality
