The SHOW program reserves the right to implement additional services as part of ongoing program development. The specific components of the Scope of Work are: 1. Providing and outfitting mobile units 2. Maintaining and operating all mobile units 3. Supplies: Supplying and stocking all mobile units, including patient material goods, medications and consumable medical supplies 4. Additional Services 5. Regulatory and Compliance requirements Vendors must respond to all components of the RFP. If subcontractors are part of the bid, vendors must clearly note where subcontractors will be utilized in order to meet all components of the SOW. I. Providing and Outfitting Mobile Units A. Minimum Services: NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking to operate a minimum of six mobile units. Each vehicle must be outfitted with the necessary equipment to provide the services described in the Project Overview, as well as store at least one-day's inventory of supplies. At a minimum, necessary equipment includes: 1. Exam chair or exam table for patient clinical services. 2. Interior curtain for patient privacy, as well as privacy-tinted windows that allow staff visibility to the outside from inside the van. 3. Medical grade cabinetry, including secure cabinets for storing medication or other controlled items. 4. Pharmacy-grade refrigerators (minimum 2 per unit) for storing lab reagents and controls, vaccinations, and blood specimens. The vendor will also be responsible for daily monitoring and documentation of refrigerator temperature, and maintaining temperatures within a specified range as determined by NYC Health + Hospitals. 5. Sharps containers for disposing used syringes and other biohazard materials 6. Tents, chairs, and tables for setup outside the van, which can be utilized for providing non-sensitive services. 7. ADA-compliant wheelchair lift.
