The work consists of the equipment, supervision, and all other services required for the complete demolition of the structures identified and described in the Asbestos Inspection Reports. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the Technical Specifications. The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. PARCEL 13 - MS-1) 4 FT high chain link fence, posts, and associated footings, approximately 7 LF; MS-2) Wood fencing, posts, and associated footings 9 LF; MS-3) Abandoned scaffolding; 2. PARCEL 14 - MS-1) 6 FT high chain link fence with barbed wire cap, posts, and associated footings, approximately 15 LF; 3. PARCEL 14A - MS-1) 20 FT high security post with signage and associated footing; 4. PARCEL 19 - MS-1) 2 sections of chain link fence, posts, and associated footings; 5. PARCEL 35- MS-1) 4 FT chain link fence, posts, and associated footings running perpendicular to limited access fencing, approximately 70 LF; and 6. PARCEL 125 - MS-1) Posts and associated footings remaining from owner removed fencing along 40 LF of fence line.
