The University of Georgia Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) is seeking experienced vendors capable of delivering a unified, scalable solution to meet the evolving Information Technology Service Management needs at the University. EITS provides an enterprise-level cost-recovery ITSM service solution to administrative and academic units. As our client base grows and business process management services evolve, new enterprise service solutions are needed to integrate standard workplace software with a mature ticketing and workflow development platform. This solution must provide a unified, enterprise-level ITSM/ESM platform that can manage a range of needs, from incident management to project management, and offer multi-tenant instances for our cost-recovery clients. To be considered, a successful vendor system must be auditable, have a workflow, integrations, and automations to support the breadth of technology used across the University of Georgia.
