Complete necessary Environmental Assessments of Effects (AOE) a. Air & Noise b. Cultural Resources AOE c. Ecology ERSR d. 4F History Property I. Complete Preliminary Field Plan Review (PFPR) J. Complete NEPA document and Environmental Certification K. Right-of-Way Plans and Authorization a. Prepare, revise, and deliver Final Right-of-Way Plans b. Coordinate Field Review of Right-of-Way Plans and Staking c. Right-of-Way Revisions During Acquisition d. Coordination with GDOT Right-of-Way Office during acquisition e. Draft Temporary Easement Waiver Letter f. Prepare Detailed Cost Estimate (DCE) to be prepared by a GDOT approved ROW specialist g. Annual Updates to Cost Estimates until Right-of-Way Authorization h.
