Vendor agrees to provide the Services to the County as described in this RFQ/P and in the bid response. As the need arises, the County will issue Task Orders to each of the Demand Services On-Call Vendors for a bid to repair damaged vehicles in the County’s fleet. The County will issue specific instructions and other pertinent information for the Vendor to submit a bid for each Task Order. The County will award the Task Order based upon the lowest bid and most reasonable response times. The County’s expectation is that each Contractor will submit a bid in a timely manner to each Task Order. A. Vendors shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services listed on Task Orders. B. The County will send each awarded Vendor the same Task Orders and all Vendors have the opportunity to bid. C. An awardee of a Task Order shall advise the County representative of any unusual or hazardous conditions and other pertinent information including, but not limited to, workload, lead times, and estimated time to completion.
