5. Contractor Responsibilities: A. Services shall be performed three (3) days per week, Monday through Friday with a minimum of three (3) hours per day during the facility’s business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) General work shift hours are to be mutually agreed upon between Contractor and CHP, in order to minimize disruption to CHP operations. B. Rates shown in Exhibit B-1 Cost Sheet include all labor, equipment, materials and supplies. Contractor shall check- in and check-out with the CHP On-Site Contact or designee upon each service to provide verification that service has been provided. Unless otherwise stated, offices will be closed on state observed holidays. 6.
