This scope of services is organized by agency to demonstrate the O&M services for the ATL Xpress commuter bus service and the Ride Gwinnett local bus, microtransit, and paratransit service. While ATL and Gwinnett County will each maintain separate contracts for their respective project components, some shared resources at the North Facility will be outlined separately in this scope. The contract amounts for the fixed fees and shared resources for each agency will be based on the total number of vehicles operated by each agency at the facilities. For the North Facility, the administrative and non-vehicle maintenance fixed fees splits are thirty percent (30%) for the ATL and seventy percent (70%) Gwinnett County. This proportion should be used to determine each agency’s share of those costs. The South Facility is used exclusively by ATL, and all requirements and costs will be included as part of the ATL pricing. The price proposal template (Attachment 3) includes two separate costs: one for the ATL Xpress commuter bus and one for Ride Gwinnett's local fixed-route bus, microtransit, and paratransit. The shared items are noted separately and added to the respective agency costs as per the split based on the proportion of total vehicles.
