A. Biohazard remediation and clean-up. Some of the services requested will be: a. Water damage restoration b. Mold remediation c. Biohazard remediation and clean-up i. Human waste ii.Sewage water contaminated area B. The contractor shall collect, transport, and dispose of all biohazardous and contaminated materials in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Contractor must provide documentation of lawful disposal (e.g., manifests, receipts) to the Port upon request. C. Frequency of the Service a. On-call basis only as requested by the Port D. Location of the Service a. SEA Airport wide E. Response Time – Port requests contractor to respond 24-hours/7 days a week, within 2 hours upon Port’s initial request.
