The County is seeking the following: A. Cost effective and efficient bill document printing and mailing services to include all services and materials necessary for the form(s) design, printing, folding, inserting, and distribution from an electronically submitted file. B. Ability to re-print or print supplemental bills on demand, process special inserts, accommodate special handling or deletion of bills within the files up to mail time. C. Ability to track along with viewing bills and re-printing processed bills from the Internet (Current Usage Data Sheet & Electronic Invoice Presentment as provided in Attachment D). D. Web portal and payment process that sends out electronic notifications (paperless), and offers mobile capabilities (County and client App). Services must be able to integrate Voice Response-Outbound (IVR).
