Monroe County Parks seeks a company that can adequately clean the debris within the existing HVAC system and mechanical room using the Collom Duct Cleaning System. This will remove debris buildup, reduce airflow restrictions, and enhance the air quality in the building. Description - HVAC • Clean existing HVAC systems that serve building including (2) air handler units • This includes supply/return air fans, coils, filter racks, unit housing, and access panels • Clean all associated galvanized supply ductwork • Clean all associated galvanized return ductwork • Clean all associated supply air diffusers • Clean all associated return air grilles • Furnish and install any access doors needed for cleaning • Apply microbial reduction agent to all associated supply air ductwork to provide control of microbial growth • Use the Collom Duct Cleaning System to remove contaminants from the interior of ductwork with debris being collected by the HEPA filtered collector/vacuum • Provide post remediation report to include before and after photo documentation Description — Mechanical Room • Clean existing surfaces located in the mechanical room including (2) air handler units • Clean all exterior surfaces of air handlers, as well as supply and return air ductwork • Clean all exterior surfaces of the Lochinvar boiler system • Clean all exterior surfaces of mechanical plumbing and associated piping to HVAC and hydronic systems • Clean all wall surfaces of mechanical room • Apply microbial reduction agent to all associated supply air ductwork to provide control of microbial growth • Clean all floor surfaces with visible particulate build up caused by animal bedding • Provide post remediation report to include before and after photo documentation
