1. Contractor shall be responsible to furnish General Contractor services, and all materials and labor, to expand, enclose, and prepare the rear dock for cold chain compliance at the Maryland Wholesale Produce Market, 7460 Conowingo Avenue, Jessup, Maryland. 2. This scope of work includes Plans with Divisions of General Specifications and Coordination Procedures contained in Section VIII of this IFB. 3. The Bid Summary Sheet in Section VI.E. includes a statement of the Market units to be included in each phase. B. On-Site Representatives & Task Coordination 1. MFCA On-Site Representatives The Procurement Officer may delegate responsibility for specified communications and task coordination to the following MFCA on-site representatives: Project Manager – Gary Decker, MFCA Director of Operations Architectural/Engineering Representatives – Stuart Rehr, AIA, Principal, GVA Ed Hubner, EBL Engineers, Mechanical Engineer Tyler Maranville, EBL Engineers, Electrical Engineer Rashid Nadeem, EBL Engineers, Lead Electrical Engineer Dan Bentzen, EBL Engineers, Fire Protection Engineer Vaibhav Mehta, Columbia Engineering, Lead Structural Engineer Marilee Tortorelli, Morris and Richie, Civil Engineer/Landscape Architect Jeff Wahl, Morris and Richie, Civil Engineer. 2. Contractor On-Site Representative After Notice of Award, the members of the Contractor’s Team for this Contract (“Key Personnel”) are to be identified in the Contract submitted to the MFCA. Contractor shall identify the on-site representative of the Contractor for purposes of communication and coordination of work. Contractor shall take direction only from the Procurement Officer and MFCA on-site representatives.
