Fort Bend County seeks to acquire a Dispatching and Scheduling Software System to enhance the scalability of our services, improve on-time performance, and reduce cancellations and noshows. The system shall include capabilities to reduce duplication of data entry and shall modernize our communication of trip information, vehicle location and trip status to customers through various methods, including but not limited to, a mobile app, SMS & push notifications, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), the latest dynamic mapping services, utilizing advanced scheduling algorithms to ensure proper trip routing, rerouting, and efficiency while integrating with existing Fort Bend County and contractor software and hardware systems. This solution shall be compliant with all American Disabilities Act, Federal and local funding source regulations including but not limited to HIPPA and PHI (Protected Health Information).
