The Consultant’s services will include but not be limited to, performing comprehensive long-range service planning; general, annual and as-needed planning tasks (runtime analysis, blocking, runcutting, creating bid packages); a comprehensive stop assessment; a comprehensive performance dashboard development project; a comprehensive fare infrastructure analysis; assistance with collective bargaining agreement work rule language (the current contract with METRO’s union members expires June 30, 2027); Title VI plan research and development (next plan is due April 1, 2027); Geographic Information System mapping tasks; General Transit Feed Specification assistance; National Transit Database reporting assistance; data monitoring, reporting and analysis; batteryelectric bus fleet utilization tasks; service software analysis; and ad hoc transit planning needs (responses to local and metropolitan planning organization transit data requests, etc.).
