Category One(1) Repair: 4.5.1. The Contractor shall diagnose and perform repair of complete water systems, well systems and all related components. 4.5.2. The Contractor shall respond within Twenty Four (24) hours of receiving notice from the Department of needed emergency services, to diagnose and provide an estimate for system repair. 4.6. Category Two (2) Service and Maintenance: 4.6.1. Service and Maintenance includes but is not limited to installation and repairs of a variety of line shaft turbines, submersible/sub turbine pumps, boosters, storage systems, motors, control devices, control valves and all related system components. 4.6.2. Well Re-casing and Swedging 4.6.2.1. The Contractor shall perform regular maintenance cleaning and patching to existing casing down hole. 4.6.2.2. The Contractor shall meet with the Department representative to set up a maintenance schedule upon award of a contract. 4.6.3. Well Development 4.6.3.1. The Contractor shall conduct pump tests in order to determine the gallons per minute (GPM) measurement and Draw Down of well aquifers rate at which water is pumped from an individual well, (in gallons per minute) and the corresponding decrease in water level within that well as a result of pumping. 4.6.4. Casing Perforations 4.6.4.1. The Contractor shall perform air perforations, with drill rig. 4.6.4.2. The Contractor shall perform shot perforations with wire line rig services. 4.6.5. Domestic and Commercial Well Troubleshooting and Installation of Existing Wells 4.6.5.1. The Contractor shall perform a visual inspection of equipment and electrical component inspection to determine where the problem is within the system. 4.6.6. Drilling; Domestic, Commercial, Irrigation, Municipality, Dewatering and Exploratory 4.6.6.1. The Contractor shall perform the service of penetrating to total depth while advancing casing down hole to produce completed water well. 4.6.7. Pull Back Completions 4.6.7.1. The Contractor shall perform the process of pulling main casing string back to install designed well casing. 4.6.8. Well Abandonments 4.6.8.1. The Contractor shall follow the process of plugging and sealing well per state rules and regulations. 4.6.9. New Pump Systems- Replacements; submersible and turbine systems 4.6.9.1.
