o Assessment and review of the current Coastal Resiliency Plan. o Assistance with prioritization of coastal resilience and Hazard Mitigation Action strategies and projects. o Development, evaluation, and recommendation of coastal resilience and hazard mitigation strategies, projects, and solutions. o Development of conceptual designs sufficient for grant applications. o Identification, preparation, management, and administration of federal, state, local, and private grant applications. o Pre-award and post award engineering services and management for project(s) and/or grant(s), if awarded, inclusive of asset management, condition assessment, planning, design, permitting, and estimating probable construction costs; bid document preparation, bidding assistance, construction management, oversight and inspection (either full-time or part-time as necessary); as-built drawings and operation and maintenance plan preparation. o Designing and recommending engineering solutions. o Collaboration with stakeholders and other professionals. o Preparation of technical reports and documentation. o Provision of expert advice and recommendations. o Assistance with local, State and Federal permitting for selected projects. o Presentations at Committee meetings and public information meetings, either in person or electronically, when needed.
