The Town of Pound Ridge is seeking quotes for daily watering and maintenance of hanging flower baskets in the Scotts Corners business district. Materials, including fertilizer and water, will be supplied to the contractor by the municipality. Dates of service: Mid-May through early October (approximately 20 weeks, with start date to be determined by the actual date flower baskets are delivered and installed) Work required: • Hand-water 72 hanging flower baskets daily (Monday-Sunday) • Inspect plant material for health and vigor daily • Notify town Maintenance Supervisor if plants need extra care The Town is seeking two-year quotes – that is, quotes for the total cost of watering and maintenance for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. However, quotes for the 2026 season only will also be accepted.
