The State of Illinois is requesting proposals from highly qualified vendors with expertise in providing an Electronic Audit Software solution. The State of Illinois seeks a solution that includes: Ongoing maintenance and support Providing all on-site services and off-site services necessary to install the Electronic Audit Software. Providing training to State of Illinois employees for the use and operation of the software. The vendor shall provide software documentation and instructions to the State of Illinois Information Technology staff for use in the event of an application failure so the software can be restored. The State of Illinois intends to use this software to prepare, finalize, and archive audit working papers. This solution will also allow audit staff to collaborate on audits in progress. The vendor must be able to provide initial training on the use of the software, covering all user roles and functionalities supported by the system. In the event of software upgrades or updates that alter existing features, the vendor is expected to provide additional training to ensure users remain informed and proficient. Comprehensive user documentation must be supplied, along with any relevant technical training and/or documentation to support system administration and troubleshooting. The software must support our compliance with Institute of Internal Auditors' Global Internal Audit Standards. for review and signoff processes. It should enable easy referencing of audit files to assist audit staff in conducting engagements in alignment with established Standards, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the software must facilitate collaboration, allowing multiple auditors to work concurrently on the same project.
