This Scope of Work outlines pest control services to be provided over a 3-year period to maintain a pest-free environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Purpose: Prevent and control infestation of common pests. Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards Implement integrated Pest Management strategies Minimize the use of chemicals, focusing on environmentally friendly methods. Pests covered: Crawling insects: ants, cockroaches, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, beetles Flying insects: flies, mosquitoes, wasps, moths Rodents: Mice, rats Occasional invaders: centipedes, millipedes, crickets Specialty treatments (as needed): termites, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, birds, bats Inspection and treatment are to uncover and eliminate infestation, prevent influx of pest and to maintain pest free conditions. Areas to be services on a weekly schedule included: Integrated Pest Management Plan: Main Kitchen, Food Services Areas, Serving Line, Food Storage Dry Areas, Stove and Dish Wash Areas, Dining Rooms and Six Cottages, Canteen and other areas as identified by the Hospital. Frequency Inspection and treatment will be provided weekly at least 52 times per year. Pest that are covered Rats, Mice, Roaches, Ants, Silverfish, Bees, Spiders, Fleas. Must follow all language in FAC117 regarding Commercial Pest Control. All material used is registered by the EPA and the respective state. All technicians must be licensed in pest control, and all licenses must be on file with the Director of Environmental Services.
