Remove original radiography equipment from Somerset Community College, located at 808 Monticello St, Somerset, Kentucky 42501, Rogers Student Commons Bldg., RM 204 and relocate to 808 Monticello St, Somerset, Kentucky 42501, Blakley Room 108. 2. Install new equipment to RM 204, Rogers Student Commons Bldg., 808 Monticello St, Somerset, KY 42501. 3. Clean and remove all trash and unused materials from the area where new equipment is installed. 4. Conduct required 480V 3 phase electrical service. 5. List and label equipment to certify NTRL compliance with applicable codes and safety requirements. Supplier must certify that the equipment has been constructed in accordance with NFPA 79 and UL 508A standards and their references (SEE SECTION 4.2.1). 6. Provide on-site training and support for new equipment.
