Scope of work includes: Contractor shall demo/remove existing HVAC split systems to include line sets. Contractor shall set new pads as needed for condensing units. Contractor shall install new hangers for air handlers as needed. Contractor shall install new condensing units and new air handlers (American Standard recommended) The new split systems shall be (3) 4-ton split units and (1) 2-ton split unit. All new line set shall be installed which consist of up to 300 ft. Existing duct work shall be reconnected with proper connections. Inspections shall be included in proposal. The new equipment shall be operated and tested after install to ensure proper CFM ratings and ensure freon pressures are in adequate operating ranges. Contractor shall provide any additional material and subcontracting work needed to complete the project. Contractor shall be liable for any damage caused during demo and install. Contractor shall verify all work during pre-bid to ensure no change orders arise. Contractor shall cleanup work area and work areas shall be free of any debris during & after construction. Contractor shall coordinate schedule with Owners (Cumberland County). Contractor shall communicate with owners on schedule, timelines, and provide oversite over project. Contractor shall schedule start up with owners. Additional clarifications The Owner (Cumberland County) recommends American Standard split systems Permits and Licenses: The contractor shall procure and pay all charges and fees for all permits and licenses incidental to the due and lawful prosecution of the work. Construction Trash & Debris Removal: During construction of the project, the contractor shall be responsible for the removal of any trash or debris created by his/her work to an approved disposal site. The site will be maintained in a clean condition at all times. Trash and debris from daily operations are to be stored in appropriate storage containers or trucks until removal to the disposal facility.
