SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED The City of Bowling Green is interested in a total replacement of all controls, up to and including pumps, motors, and filters. The ultimate goal is that the public will enjoy a newly designed spray feature that is equipped with variable spray designs, as well as lighting designs, among other amenities. Vendors must also provide all information towards: timeline, experience and capacity, project cost, yearly service agreement, and warranty. BGPR’s mission is to select a firm that is most interested in serving the residents of Bowling Green with the best product while also accepting the role of a valued partner of BGPR for years to come. Services to be provided: 1) Engineering and design services to reconstruct sprayground. 2) Site preparation through total reconstruction of the sprayground. Site map is available for review via Appendix A. 3) Replacement/installation of pump room pumps and controls. a. The following is suggestion details of this work: i. (4) Laminar flow jet nozzles to replace the existing Laminar Flow nozzles. ii. (4) 12w/24VDC RGBW color changing light fixtures with new custom light bracket, potting compound, and cord seal for the existing junction box in the sump. iii. (24) new Pop-jet nozzles with pre-strainer. iv. (24) New custom fabricated stainless steel lids, powder coated bronze color to accept new lighting. v. (24) 24W/24VDC RGBW color changing Ring Light fixtures with insert to mount in new lids. Includes potting compound and cord seal for existing junction box in the sump. vi. New Transducer water level sensor for collector tank. vii. New Lighting Control panel to include DMX controller with animation programming for custom lighting schemes, lighting power supplies, and P.L.C. with panel mount HMI touchscreen. viii. New Smooth bore nozzle pump, pre-plumbed and skid mounted on stainless steel skid including all necessary isolation/flow control valves, basket strainer with vacuum switch gauge panel assembly and neoprene connectors. ix. New Laminar Flow Nozzle pump with pre-plumbed suction and discharge manifolds, cartridge filter and vacuum switch gauge panel assembly. x. New Pop-Jet Nozzle pump pre-plumbed and skid mounted including all necessary isolation/flow control valves, basket strainer with vacuum switch gauge panel assembly, wye strainer, and neoprene connectors
