Task 1 – Review existing city planning documents including the Complete Streets Plan and Saratoga Greenbelt Trail related to the Crescent Avenue Connector, meet with City officials, staff, and community stakeholders Task 2 – Complete a review package at the 30/60/90% design stage for review by the City. Complete final plans, specification and bid documents for public bid. Task 3 - Bidding services including issuing responses to RFIs Task 4 – Construction administration Task 5 - Construction inspection (for bidding purposes this figure will be listed as $30,000 with an anticipated addendum based on the construction schedule) Task 6 - Office and virtual meetings (for bidding purposes assume 6 office and 6 virtual meetings) Task 7 – As-built review and completion of record drawings Task 8 – Opinion of Probable Construction Cost at 30/60/90 milestones.
