Each responding IPA shall provide a proposed annual fee for any of the following service categories they are eligible and willing to perform: 1. Evaluation Services – Determine the appropriate tier reporting requirement for each entity for the applicable fiscal year. 2. Tier 1 Certification 3. Tier 2 Certification 4. Tier 3 Agreed-Upon Procedures 5. Tier 4 Agreed-Upon Procedures 6. Tier 5 Agreed-Upon Procedures 7. Tier 6 Agreed-Upon Procedures – Including compilation of financial statements and preparation of a financial report consistent with agreed-upon procedures. 8. Financial Statement Preparation The Contractor(s) shall perform all work in compliance with applicable state laws, rules, and professional auditing standards.
