The work performed by the Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following: • The design and construction of the new Peak Utility Building, including site grading, temporary site access drive construction, concrete pad construction, chain link fence, gate installation, and fence gate lighting. • Contractor is responsible for the coordination with applicable utility providers to connect and service new utility building with water and sewer service connections. • The City will be responsible for the installation of site lighting poles. The Contractor is responsible for providing adequately sized service for all proposed building and gate lighting as well as connection points for City installed site lighting.
