The Commissioners invite Proposals for all labor, materials, software and licenses to successfully furnish, install and maintain a new phone system in Huron County. This system will cover all the following locations in Norwalk Ohio, 180 Milan Ave, 2 East Main St, 12 East Main St, 16 East Main St, 255 Shady Lane Dr. This system consists of approximately 267 phones distributed across multiple locations. It is the desire of the county that the system is primarily a VOIP system and will run over the existing network infrastructure. It is intended that the phone system be designed, evaluated, awarded, and constructed as an integrated project by a single prime contractor. Work to be performed consists of the furnishings of all materials, equipment, software, licenses, labor, supplies, tools, programming and other incidentals necessary or convenient to complete the work as shown in the individual sections of this RFP.
