The Norwalk Redevelopment Agency is seeking to redevelop 55 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive aka the Webster Street Lot. The development of this City-owned surface parking lot site, coordinated and integrated with other ongoing projects, is critical to the transformation of South Norwalk. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) supersedes all prior Requests for Expressions of Interest, Requests for Qualifications and all other prior solicitation and invitations by the Agency for the subject project. The Norwalk Redevelopment Agency (“Agency”) is seeking development partners with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing similar projects and the capacity to help the Agency achieve the foregoing goal. A submittal of a proposal does not guarantee that the respondent will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency that the firm desires to be considered. The Agency reserves its right to reject any or all proposals and to select the proposal it deems to be in the best interest of the Agency and the City
