The selected firm will be responsible for all professional services necessary to design a new elevated storage tank facility. Anticipated services include but are not limited to: 22.1 Preliminary engineering and site evaluation. 22.2 Hydraulic modeling (if required). 22.3 Geotechnical investigation coordination. 22.4 Tank sizing, type selection (e.g., composite, spheroid, multi-leg). 22.5 Structural and civil design. 22.6 Site development, access road, utilities, fencing, and security. 22.7 SCADA and instrumentation coordination. 22.8 Permitting assistance (TCEQ, EPA, local, etc.). 22.9 Preparation of construction drawings and specifications. 22.10 Opinion of probable construction cost (OPCC). 22.11 Public meetings and presentations (if needed). 22.12 Bidding and construction phase support (optional or as additional services).
