Provide and shoot a fireworks display as part of the City’s annual Fourth of July celebration (4th Fest). SHELLS Contractor must offer a variety of shell types. Shells must have different functions, patterns of break, colors, and sizes. The Contractor shall provide an itemized list of the shells proposed to be used in the display to include the size, the display produced by each shell (ex. type, effect, color) and the cost of each shell with the proposal. a. The shells may be a mixed variety from different countries such as Japan, China, Mexico, U.S., etc. b. The majority of the shells shall be in the 4” to 8” range. c. No cakes or low-level ground effects due to the tree line. d. Maximum size of the shells shall not be greater than the law allows. e. No parachute shells or parachute fireworks/lanterns allowed. f. No pin boards allowed – see item # 8 Contractor Requirements g. No shells fired from trailers - see item # 8 Contractor Requirements h. No drones allowed. LENGTH OF SHOW The show must last between 15 -20 minutes. Proposers should indicate in their proposal how long the show will last.
