The selected Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Central Kitchen project at 50 Cleveland Street in Bangor, Maine. The project involves the demolition of an existing 18,000-square-foot structure and construction of a new approximately 18,000-square-foot prefabricated metal building that will house a commercial kitchen incubator. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Site Preparation, Demolition, and Pre-Construction Coordination: The Construction Manager will coordinate and oversee the demolition of the existing 18,000-square-foot building at 50 Cleveland Street. This includes managing all permitting associated with demolition, utility disconnection, hazardous materials mitigation (if applicable), and site readiness for new construction.
