Penntek Floor Finish System: Furnish and install Penntek Floor Finish System, by a Certified RI Dealer of Penntek, to include: (a) Animal Control Cat Pound Room (approximately 18.75’ x 15’), and Animal Control Dog Pound Room (approximately 18.75’ x 11.5’). The bidder shall provide a Heavy Duty Urethane top coat. The awarded contractor shall consider moisture readings and the possibility of needing a moisture block on the day of the installation should the readings spike due to hydrostatic pressure after grinding. If it a moisture block is needed after the initial grinding, one (1) day will be added to the install, and that should factor in the quote. Expansion joints shall not be filled in or coated over to allow for proper expansion and contraction of concrete substrate; 5. Professional Cleaning: Contractor to professionally clean area to make it move-in ready. 6. Construction Waste Management: This includes any dumpster(s), dump trailer, or pick-up truck and labor for removing and hauling construction waste only. 7. Demolition: Includes all demolition and debris removals. 8. Interior Finish Carpentry: Furnish & install all interior trim at doors, windows (if applicable), and baseboard. 9. Insulation: Furnish & install fiberglass batt insulation at exterior walls and ceiling.
