Project #1: Replace the following HVAC equipment at the Hampton Park Library, 5345 Settingdown Road, Cumming, GA 30041. ● Unit #1: Carrier rooftop, model #48HJD012GH-681HS, serial #1709G30583 ● Unit #2: Mitsubishi air conditioner, indoor - model #MUYA24NA, serial #7002826T, outdoor - model #MSYA24NA , serial #8003590 Project #2: Replace the following HVAC equipment at the Sharon Forks Library, 2820 Old Atlanta Road, Cumming, GA 30041. ● Unit #3: Trane air handling unit (AHU) and condensing unit (CU), AHU - model #TWE180, serial #1311XOWWA, CU - model #TTA180E400AA, serial #13143KDSTA ● Replace the AHU secondary drain pan and include a new overflow safety shutoff device. FOR ALL PROJECTS: ● HVAC unit(s) should be existing brand or equivalent. ● All material must be new. ● Contractor shall replace any ductwork insulation removed during installation. ● Contractor shall repair or replace condensation lines from new units to drain as designed. ● Contractor must provide data sheets on equipment being proposed. ● A copy of HVAC license must be submitted with bid. ● The work will be conducted during normal business hours. ● Work must meet all codes that govern this type of project. ● Contractor to provide crane for removing and setting equipment. ● Contractor is to recover the existing unit refrigerant. ● Contractor will dispose of existing equipment. ● Contractor will clean area of all construction debris and restore to original appearance. Clean-up and restoration must meet approval of FCPL. ● Provide all materials and workforce to complete installations as per provided documents. ● There will be no storage areas available onsite for materials.
