– The work requires the successful bidder to supply all labor, materials, equipment, tools and other items to meet the requirements of these specifications. The work is for janitorial services at the Franciscan Recreation Center, 908 Sterling Ave., Peoria, IL. The Cleaning Schedules are listed in Attachment A. The work consists of janitorial services three evenings per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) during the school year, excluding holidays listed below. During the summer break period, work will be reduced to one day per week. If a holiday falls on a scheduled cleaning day, work shall be completed on the following day. The number of days of service per week may be altered at bid rates depending on the needs of the District.
