The scope of operation will include, but will not be limited to, procurement and sale of new textbooks, used textbooks, electronic/digital books, inclusive access books, reference and trade books, stationery, distance learning course materials, course packs, student supplies, spirit items, convenience foods, and other merchandise items normally sold in a college bookstore. Services shall include but not be limited to providing special book orders and correspondence course materials; used textbook purchase (buyback); copyright clearance and course packs; as well as providing other services ordinarily made available in college bookstores. Contractor will provide a high standard of service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the Bookstore Operations. Contractor must maintain a financially responsible and fiscally sound bookstore management and operations and maintain excellent accountability and financial reporting to the College in accordance with the objectives and other requirements contained herein and in compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, and College policies.
