Attached is the IFB for the upcoming Community Well Water Treatment, Testing, and Maintenance Service in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua and Erie Counties. OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Community Well Water Treatment, Testing, and Maintenance Service for a five year term. References and applicable insurances are required. Prevailing Wage will apply. OPWDD intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Well Water Treatment, Testing, and Maintenance Cost per Cluster for OPWDD. Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project.
