1. Dismantle pumps and associated electrical and mechanical connections from the tank and provide the rigging necessary to remove the tank. 2. Supply new 850-gallon capacity condensate surge tank. The tank should be a BRYAN HTS-50-850 – surge tank or equivalent. 3. Supply the following: (a) Three (3) CRS Groundfos, ¾ HP, On/Off pumps – 27 GPM (?) (b) Thermometers, gauge glass, suction piping, gate valves, strainers, flex connectors, discharge piping with pressure gauges (c) UL listed NEMA 12 control panel (d) Stainless steel chemical feed quill (e) Manway on top of tank (f) Main non fused disconnect (g) Any other material and equipment to make the system functional 4. Install new 850-gallon capacity, carbon steel atmospheric tank 5. Contractor is to furnish all labor and materials for the complete and proper wiring of the new condensate surge tank 6. Contractor shall perform a compressive check and start up to the satisfaction of the Facility
