• Bathymetric and Topographic Survey Services refers, but not limited to, developing a bathymetric and topographic basemap in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2019 format (or previous) by a licensed Professional Surveyor (Washington) to inform the design of the boat launch redevelopment. Consultant to coordinate with utility entities for primary utility locates; provide locate services for existing secondary utilities as needed to inform the design. Consultant to develop a survey plan including proposed location of control points, trees (including species and diameter), and proposed schedule for review by State Parks. Consultant to coordinate with Environmental Consultant team to locate critical areas flagging including ordinary high-water mark, stream and wetland buffers. • Engineering Design, Landscape Architecture, and Permitting Services refers, but is not limited to, completing the technical design and preparation of construction documents by a Licensed Professional Engineer (Washington) for the boat launch redevelopment. Consultant to provide concept alternatives for: 1. parking lot layout, circulation, surfacing, and repairs, 2. relocation of associated stormwater infrastructure, 3. relocation of restroom and connection to municipal sewer, 4. upgrade of existing marine floats and gangways.
