• Transit and multimodal planning studies such as alternatives analyses, feasibility studies, and active transportation (e.g. biking, walking, rolling) and urban design studies necessary to analyze, evaluate, and plan service/operational initiatives. • Capital planning studies, conceptual design, cost estimates, preliminary engineering, and related services necessary to analyze, evaluate, plan, and design customerfacing capital projects such as passenger facilities and related elements at bus stops, transit hubs, and park and rides. • Community engagement for service/operational studies or capital studies/design. • Partnership efforts and coordination with Sound Transit and Project Delivery Partners. • Field (coach) test planning, design, and project management. • Sustainability and equity and social justice services.
