HACLB is seeking proposals from contractors to provide administrative services and coordination and technical support for the MRI Software used by HACLB to manage data related to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Choice Voucher Program and other housing initiatives. This software is integral to managing data related to program participants, housing providers, and housing assistance payments. The ideal consultant will possess extensive experience with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Choice Voucher Program and demonstrate strong technical proficiency with MRI Software. The selected consultant responsibilities include facilitating system setup and data conversion, leading discussions with software providers, providing staff training and technical support, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing reports for HUD and City leadership, and supporting performance evaluations and audits. The selected consultant will also help identify process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives as needed.
