The project consists of constructing and reconstructing pedestrian curb ramp areas and associated street improvements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Installation and/or reconstruction of concrete sidewalk and pavement surfaces. • Construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps, including detectable warning surfaces. • Installation and/or reconstruction of granite curbing • Construction of landscaped areas, including preparation of planting beds (turf establishment). • Installation of lighting bases. • Installation of underground electrical conduit for site lighting. • Installation of signal (RRFB) foundations and bases. • Installation of new catch basins, drain piping, and adjustment of existing utility frames and covers to final grade. Work to be performed by others (not included in this contract) will include: • Supply and installation of plant material for landscaped areas. • Pavement marking obliteration and installation of new striping. • Supply and installation of permanent roadway and pedestrian signage.
