A. Prior to performing an as-needed service under this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide to the DMV Project Manager, a list of all workers dispatched to the DMV office B. Personnel performing services under this Agreement must have in their possession at all times while on the DMV premises, a valid identification in the form of a CA Driver License, CA Identification Card, a United States Passport, or a permanent residence card to verify true identity. C. Personnel shall notify the DMV Project Manager in person upon arrival before beginning service to perform a walkthrough of the area(s) to be serviced. Prior to leaving the DMV office, personnel shall notify the DMV Project Manager in person at the completion of service to perform a walkthrough of the serviced area(s) to identify and correct any deficiencies in the quality of services. D. Personnel shall be trained on the hazards of cleaning blood, other potentially infectious material, handling sharps, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). E. Personnel must arrive with and utilize: (1). The required PPE such as eye, hand, foot, clothing, and respiratory protection. The DMV shall not provide PPE. (2). The appropriate tools, equipment, chemicals, etc. to perform the proper collection, removal, and disposal of waste. The DMV shall not provide tools, equipment, and chemicals. (3). The required chemicals to clean, sanitize, and disinfect all areas exposed to the waste. F. Personnel shall follow all California Department of Public Health (CDPH) regulations regarding waste cleaning and removal services, including transportation and disposal of all material
