1. Provide basic work zone traffic control according to the contract documents and as ordered by the Engineer. 2. Perform full and partial depth pavement repairs as indicated in the contract documents and as ordered by the Engineer. 3. Perform 2" mill and inlay of the asphalt mainline and shoulder pavement between MP 261.66 and MP 268.0, including acceleration/deceleration lanes and U-Turns. 4. Perform 2" mill and inlay at the Chittenango service plaza’s fuel responsibility area as shown in the plans. 5. Install guiderail/barrier, pier protection and guiderail end treatments. 6. Perform proposed culvert work as indicated in contract documents. 7. Replace MIARDS removed by pavement resurfacing. 8. Perform vertical clearance improvements for overhead bridges as indicated in contract documents. 9. Remove existing shoulders and install U-Turn widened shoulder/acceleration lanes as indicated in the contract documents. 10. Install permanent yellow and white highly reflectorized Triple Drop epoxy pavement striping in affected pavement areas, including recessed grinding for pavement markings. Install permanent yellow and white epoxy reflectorized pavement striping on westbound acceleration and deceleration lanes, ramps to and from and any affected areas within the fuel responsibility area of the Chittenango service plaza as shown in the plans. 11. Restore disturbed areas and clean up as directed by the Engineer.
