The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work to provide NPDES permit Ocean Monitoring Compliance Services for the City of Ventura’s Wastewater Division. Contractor shall conduct all the following activities in accordance with the City of Ventura Wastewater Reclamation Facility’s NPDES permit (NPDES No. CA0053651; Order No. R4-2020-0024), with consideration of changes to the City’s anticipated new NPDES permit that is anticipated to include aspects such as: 1. Core monitoring, regional monitoring, and special studies as described in the General Monitoring Provisions. 2. Monthly toxicity testing 3. Receiving Water Monitoring Requirements 4. Other Monitoring Requirements 5. Reporting Requirements: Receiving Water Report and Outfall Inspection Report 6. Regional monitoring following protocols developed by the Southern California Bight Regional Monitoring Program (SCCWRP)
