Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (MassDevelopment) is soliciting proposals from companies capable of performing Operation and Maintenance services for the Devens Water Utility system. Devens Water provides water services to approximately 950 residents and well over 100 commercial entities in Devens, as well as interconnections outside of the enterprise zone. The selected contractor shall provide full contract operation and maintenance services, as described in the RFP and attached forms, at MassDevelopment’s three water treatment plants, approximately 50 miles of water distribution mains, two 1,000,000-gallon water storage tanks and associated monitoring building, distribution system piping and associated valves, and hydrants. If awarded, it is anticipated that the contract would begin on or before 1/1/26.
