The PROPONENT shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the specified work herein. The Owners desire to determine the sources of rain derived inflow and infiltration (RDII) in their wastewater collection systems. It is the intent of the Owners to identify the locations of RDII and develop appropriate remedies for elimination. For this purpose, we are using the term microdetection generically. This term is used as a descriptor for a technique to pinpoint exact location(s) of RDII by evaluating segments of the sewer basin with rapid identification techniques by localized sensors and algorithms. The Contractor’s means and methods are not being dictated by this term. The Micro-Detection of RDII program shall meet the following requirements and specifications.
