The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate two (2) existing tennis courts at Cedar Creek State Park in Glenville, West Virginia. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the rehabilitation of the playing surface, markings, and hardware for the tennis courts. The project includes configuring the courts for dual use with pickleball (two pickleball courts per tennis court) as shown in the project plans. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Site preparation and cleaning - Surface rehabilitation including crack repair - Application of acrylic surfacing system - Court markings for both tennis and pickleball - Installation of new nets, posts, and related hardware - All incidental work necessary to complete the construction services
