The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) invites sealed responses for Water and Sewer Main Replacement, Rehabilitation, Relocation, and Emergency Repair Services within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Maryland. This solicitation will result in a competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirements contract to provide comprehensive water and sewer main services. The scope of work includes replacement, rehabilitation, relocation, and emergency repair of water and sewer mains located throughout Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. WSSC does not guarantee a minimum volume of work; however, all services of this type will be procured through the resulting contract unless otherwise specified.
